West and Central Asia Wushu Federation


On February 8th in Zahedan (Iran), Mr. Mahdi Alinejad convened the 1st Central and West Wushu Federation General Assembly, this is according to the decision made during the 40th WFA Executive Committee meeting held in Chengdu, China to establish the Central and West Asia Wushu Federation. Members from West and Central Asia countries was invited to attend and total of 8 countries attended to the meeting, including Iran Wushu Federation, Lebanon Wushu Federation, Uzbekistan Wushu Federation, Syria Kickboxing and Wushu Federation, Iraq Wushu Federation, Yemen Wushu Federation, Turkmenistan Wushu Federation and Kazakhstan Wushu Federation.The meeting carried to establish Central and West Asia Wushu Federation was adopted unanimously, and the election result for the West and Central Asia Wushu Federation positions was approved as follow:

 

Executive Committee

President - Mahdi Alinejad (Iran)

Secretary General - Mohammad Pourgholami (Iran)

Vice President of West Asia - Hussein Oda Darweesh (Iraq)

Vice President of Central Asia - Ravshan Ganiev (Uzbekistan)

Members - Georges Nseir (Lebanon), Mohammed Abdo Raweh Al-Qadasi (Yemen) and Yazmyrat Annamyradov (Turkmenistan)


Technical Committee

Chairperson - Alexander Raduncev (Kazakhstan)

Vice Chairperson - Mohammad Al Ali (Syria)
