With the Wushu events set to kick off shortly, the Technical Meeting and Draw Ceremony for the Wushu Taolu and Sanda events was held this morning (September 18). 

At the Technical Meeting, team leaders and coaches from various Asian countries and regions gathered together. Wushu Sanda Technical Delegate Li Yongqiang and Wushu Taolu Technical Delegate Choy Ching Chi placed strict emphasis on event operations and the duties of all parties to ensure that the competition is conducted in a fair, safe, and standardized environment. The Jury of Appeal and Chief Referees for both Taolu and Sanda events further explained matters regarding appeals, officiating criteria, and rule clarifications. 

Following the meeting, under the joint supervision and witness of the event technical officials, the competition brackets and performance orders for each event were successfully determined. 

The successful conclusion of the draw ceremony marks that all preparations for this Asian Games' Wushu events are fully in place. Upholding the spirit of Wushu—"Fair Competition and Respect for Opponents"—all athletes are ready to deliver a thrilling showcase of athletic spectacle and cultural charm to the global audience at the venues in Aichi Nagoya!
